While reading some blogs, I came across this little lovely (the pincushions on her blog header - what an extremely talented lady she is!). Well, it inspired me to do my first selvage craft. This is what I came up with.
I'm not really sure how user friendly as a pin cushion mine is. I'm thinking of putting something heavy inthe bottom and just using it as a container. I'm really enjoying just having it sitting there, though. I thought I might try to do a square one next.

another fab little selvedge craft! i think it would make a great container too. darling idea!
Look how cute and colorful that is! Nice job on your new creation! I've been saving selvages for a little while but don't think I have enough to make anything yet.
What a clever idea for a pincushion and so cute too. I'm having a Halloween giveaway at my site and I'd love for you to enter. You have a chance to win either a bead-knitted change purse or a Halloween banner.

That is so darn cute. Great job! Just think of all the selvedges we've thrown away since we started quilting.
I love em too. So cute! I'm going to have to look at yours and her's a bit closer, it resembles a project I've had in my mind for a while now, perhaps this weekend I'll have time to play. ooxx`jod
Very Cute! I love stuff done with selvedges but I always cut mine off so close there's not much worth using!
